Credit cards and Security
We accept Switch, Maestro, Visa, Visa Delta, Solo and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express (Amex) or Diners
Credit Card Transaction charge
there is a credit card transaction charge of 2%. This charge will be shown in the confirmation screen
and on your confirmation invoice.
Debit cards are charged at £1 per transaction.
Customer Complaints and Feed back
In the unlikely event you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier or Isle of Man Event Services Limited who will endeavour to put things right. If you fail to follow this procedure we will have been denied the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were on the Isle of Man and this may affect your rights under this contract.
Deposit and paying your balance
To secure a booking a deposit per adult will be required with balance payment due 6 weeks prior to departure. Full payment will be due at the time of booking if departure date is 6 weeks or less.

Luggage
The Standard baggage allowance varies depending on which airline you are traveling with:
FlyBE - Hold Baggage 20 kgs, Cabin baggage 10 kgs
Manx2 - total luggage allowance per passenger is 20 Kilos in total, INCLUDING ALL hand baggage, cabin and hold bags.
To meet Health and Safety laws, our maximum total weight for a single bag is 32 Kilos.
Excess baggage weight is charged at £4 per kilo
Customers can take one item of hand luggage to the aircraft free of charge, as long as it fits into the luggage gauge sizer at Check In, and weighs less than 10kg:.
1.The dimensions of the size are Length:55cm, Width: 35cm and Height: 20cm.
2. Any bag larger or heavier than this must be checked in, with a charge of £4 per bag if pre-paid or £6 per bag payable at Check In.
3. On arrival at the aircraft, crew or ground staff will place the hand luggage in the hold, unless it is small enough to fit under the seat. Customers then collect their hand luggage only, as soon as they get off the aircraft. Checked in bags will be available as normal on the baggage carousel in the terminal building.
Passengers traveling under the same booking reference can share a bag, and so double their baggage weight allowance, but each bag must still weigh less than 32 kilos.
If you are traveling with particularly heavy or bulky luggage (such as golf clubs or fishing rods) you must notify Isle of Man Event Services Ltd in advance who will try and make sure they get on your flight. Otherwise they will be carried on the next available flight with collection
VLM - 15 kgs (hold and hand baggage)
Always pack the following in your hand luggage: passports, holiday invoices, flight tickets, insurance certificates, travelers cheque's, driving licence, medication, uncooked food, baby food, changing equipment, film equipment.
You are prohibited from carrying on the aircraft the following classes of item: explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids e.g. fire lighters, flares, methanol, oxidizers and organic peroxides e.g. bleach, car body repair kits, toxic or infectious substances, e.g. rat poison, radioactive materials, corrosives e.g. vehicle batteries, live ammunition.
You are prohibited from carrying the following items in your hand luggage: guns, firearms and weapons, pointed/edges weapons and sharp objects. e.g. ice-skates, crampons, knives, open razors/blades, scissors, tradesman's tools, saws, screwdrivers etc. blunt instruments capable of causing injury e.g. baseball/cricket bats, hockey sticks, golf clubs, canoe paddles, fishing rods, martial arts equipment, snooker cues. Any item that could be defined as a weapon will be confiscated.
Small quantities of liquids up to 100ml per container may be carried in a small clear sealable plastic bag.
Photo ID
Photographic ID is required for all passengers traveling by air. A passport, driving license or any government endorsed document that includes personal photo ID.
For passengers traveling by sea – photo ID is not required. If traveling with a car on ferry we advise that you have your driving licence with you.

Transfers
Transfers are a holiday extra and may be purchased prior to your holiday. For individuals and small groups our chosen Taxi services will meet you on arrival to take you to your accommodation and will then arrange a pick-up time or your return journey. For groups a coach transfer may be arranged.
